Finished this afternoon
The pattern link is in yesterday's post. Size wise, its probably for a toddler, maybe a 2 year old. The yarn was part of a haul I bought at a garage sale last Saturday - the brand is Carina print, 100% acrylic, made in Germany.
In an effort to stash-bust a little more, plus I needed some stress free activity to take my mind off the fact that my daughter was having her first flying lesson, I started another basic beanie late this afternoon. As my other daughter commented, 'she has jumped out of a perfectly working airplane, and can now fly one, what next?' I shudder to think !!
Thanks for visiting.

That's a beautiful hat Dorothy! My goodness...a daughter who is flying a plane! no wonder you need something to take your mind off it! One of our girls does snowboarding in NZ and also backpacked around Sth America...and travelled alone in Croatia and Montenegro... scary stuff too! lol
ReplyDeleteI don't blame you for being nervous about your daughter. I would be too! Your little hat is too cute with that curly-q at the top.
ReplyDeleteOh it's so CUTE! I'm going to have to download this pattern.

Cute hat! Oh my.. I'd be nervous if my daughter was sky diving and flying.. but also I'm impressed with her to be so adventurous! ((hugs)), Teresa :-)
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh! That is the cutest hat I think I've ever seen. I love the multi-colored yarn you used. So precious! Try not to worry too much about your daughter. Everything will be okay.
